Place orders in bulk
When there are a large number of orders, you can use the batch order import function.(Only for users who recharge in advance)
Download the template form, fill in the relevant information, and send the form to our exclusive email service@dcpdropship.com. The email subject is: Buyer ID+Bulk Orders.
(The items with background color in the template form are required, the buyer ID is your ID on the Dcpdropship website; the SKU and sales unit price are the product information of the Dcpdropship website)


After placing the order, just wait patiently for the package.
The order processing time is generally 1-2 days, and the logistics time is generally 5-7 days.

RETURN

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems after receiving or using our products. We will try our utmost to help solve your problems with professional guidance and attentive services!

You are welcomed to return or replace products due to quality and missing parts within 30 days of receiving them. We support an unconditionally refund policy, as long as your claim is confirmed. It is not within the above policy that the products were used or damaged deliberately.
The reasonable freight cost caused by returning and replacing will be paid by the responsible party.
Description of the responsible party: We are responsible for the shipping cost ONLY when there are quality problems or the goods don't match the product description online or are missing parts. Apart from the above situations, the buyers should bear the shipping costs.
